We have a customer asking about creating backdrops.  I have answered most of her
questions but need a little additional information:

1. Does AUTOCAD have the ability to create vector files that MCC can use as
   backdrops?
2. She has heard that Digital has a service (for a fee, I hope) that will do
   the scanning for her to create bitmap backdrops.  Anyone heard of this?
   We sure haven't.
3. On the topic of scanning and bitmap backdrops.. I know where I can get a 
   copy of XV to convert .TIF and .GIF to X11.  I am uncomfortable providing a
   shareware package to a customer.  Where is this shareware package available
   (eg Compuserve?) where I can send her?
