A customer I contacted this morning, is getting desperate. She is trying to get an IDP #, but is having no success. The installation guide for Polycenter 400 gives a phone number for ANSI as 212-398-0023, on page 1-14. This is not a valid #, a modem answers and hurts the ears. Does anyone have the correct phone #, or another source for IDPs?? Steve Woestemeyer CSC/CS - Network Support team

Call information and get the correct number for ANSI and call them. They are the ones who give out the numbers (really, sell them...) drl | |||||
