Hi, I'm running Decmcc EMS V2.3, Vax-VMS 5.5-2, DecwMotif 1.1 patched on a VaxStation 4000-90 with 32 Mb of memory. If I run DECmcc from Session Manager the VAX Station crashes. The System Dump is the following: ================================================================================ VAX/VMS V5.5-2 -- System Dump Analysis 23-APR-1993 12:03:26.11 Page 1 Table of Contents ----------------- System crash information .... 2 CPU 00 Processor crash informati .... 3 VAX/VMS V5.5-2 -- System Dump Analysis 23-APR-1993 12:03:26.11 Page 2 System crash information Time of system crash: 23-APR-1993 11:54:35.19 Version of system: VAX/VMS VERSION V5.5-2 System Version Major ID/Minor ID: 1/0 System type: VAXstation 4000-90 Crash CPU ID/Primary CPU ID: 00/00 Bitmask of CPUs active/available: 00000001/00000001 CPU bugcheck codes: CPU 00 -- INVEXCEPTN, Exception while above ASTDEL or on interrupt stack VAX/VMS V5.5-2 -- System Dump Analysis 23-APR-1993 12:03:26.11 Page 3 CPU 00 Processor crash information CPU 00 reason for Bugcheck: INVEXCEPTN, Exception while above ASTDEL or on interrupt stack Process currently executing on this CPU: VUE$MCC_MANAG_2 Current IPL: 8 (decimal) CPU database address: 80E84000 General registers: R0 = 00000008 R1 = 04080000 R2 = 8092391C R3 = 8091AF6A R4 = 00000000 R5 = 00000000 R6 = AA000000 R7 = 80928F08 R8 = 80928EEC R9 = 8092CF9C R10 = 8092391C R11 = 00000000 AP = 80E85108 FP = 80E850D0 SP = 80E85080 PC = 804C7A42 PSL = 04080009 Processor registers: P0BR = 8155EC00 SBR = 01F62000 ASTLVL = 00000004 P0LR = 00007E2A SLR = 00015F80 SISR = 00000000 P1BR = 80DA6A00 PCBB = 011A1A20 ICCS = 00000041 P1LR = 001FF8AD SCBB = 01F5B800 SID = 13000202 TODR = 49EF0F1D BPCR = ECC80029 PAMODE = 00000000 MMEPTE = 024A2000 MMESTS = 1C004001 PCSCR = 01000200 ICSR = 00000001 ECR = 0000008E TBSTS = 800001D0 PCCTL = FFFFFE13 PCSTS = FFFFF800 CEFSTS = 0001FFE0 CCTL = 00000011 BCEDSTS= 00000000 BCETSTS= 00000000 NESTS = 00000000 NEOCMD = 00000F04 NEICMD = 00000000 MESR = 00000000 MMCDSR = 09A8CC00 CESR = 00000000 CMCDSR = 0000F108 MEAR = 08406010 CIOEAR1= 00000000 CIOEAR2= 00000000 CFG/INT= 00000000 CSEAR1 = 00000000 CSEAR2 = 00000000 CNEAR = 00000000 ISP = 80E85080 KSP = 7FFE7800 ESP = 7FFE9800 SSP = 7FFECA48 USP = 00C55510 VAX/VMS V5.5-2 -- System Dump Analysis 23-APR-1993 12:03:26.11 Page 4 CPU 00 Processor crash information No spinlocks currently owned by CPU 00 ================================================================================ If I run DECmcc from DCL ($manag/enterp/interf=decw) all seems to work fine.
