We have MCC version 1.3 installed (VAX 4000-60 40 Mb) and have been getting numerous dns$nocommunication errors. OPCOM messages (decnet events 353.3/5) of NOSUCHOBJECT come from DNS. NCP objects 44 and 45 are known and pointing to dns$ta and back images. Having looked at the DNS$TA, DNS$BACK, and DNS$ADVER processes with SDA resources/quotas nothing seems obviously low. Medium usage is two or three simultaneous users doing map updates. The DNS Server is also running on the same system. Any tips on how to sort this out? Cross posted in NOTED::DNS Thanks Doug
