I'm trying desperately to figure out the syntax for the TESTEVENT command
to checkout a Phase V remote dispatchers outbound sink.

I would expect to find it in the Alarms and Notifications manual but it
doesn't appear to be there.

It is not in the general users guide.

Any help greatly appreciated.

If this is not in the docs, then I'll QAR it.

	Al, I didn't find it in any documentation but the syntax is : MCC> test node <phasev node> event dispatcher This should generate an event dispatcher message for mcc which you can test for using : mcc> getevent node * event dispatcher any event. I hope this helps. Bipin. ps please QAR it.

I didn't find it in any documentation but the syntax is :

MCC> test node <phasev node> event dispatcher

This should generate an event dispatcher message for mcc which you can test for
using :

mcc> getevent node * event dispatcher any event.
