HOW CAN THIS BE????
The attached material show the background process for the historian to be
running for the correct domain. A 'show record' for an entity shows that
recording is active for the entity itself and one interface. Yet the only
recording that seems to have taken place is is for the reference and
identifiers partition for the entity itself. No recording has taken place
for any other partitions of the entity and none at all for the interface.
The recording was started with a partition * for both the entity and the
interface in question. I tried to kick start the interface recording by
suspending and then resuming it, to no avail.
Note, also included are shows for counters and status, both work fine.
It looks like the historian FM has just lost this entity and child, having
never started in the first palce.
Any Ideas?

Steve,
It looks to me that the entity being recorded does not handle multiple
simultaneous requests.
To verify this, please, do the following:
1. Stop the historian background process;
2. Start the historian background process with the
second parameter = 60 (it forces the background
process restart all recordings with 1 minute interval);
3. Wait 15 min and do Show Recording.

I will do as you ask, but for further information, the entity in
question is a vitalink bridge and this worked in V1.2 without a hitch.

Did you perchance upgrade or change the version of TransLAN software on the
bridge somewhere in the process?

| Only change was to MCC itself, from 1.2 to 1.3. The suggestion from .1
started the data in all partitions to be recorded. We, the CSC has
also seen this recording data for phase 4 nodes since upgrading to 1.3.
