Hi,
I am running EMS V1.3 and I am having problems getting the
historian to run. When I submit the command file to batch the
process terminate with the error "MCC-E-QCREATERR, unable to create
for open queue file".
I have read earlier notes with regard to UAF/SYSTEM parameters.
My system has CHANNELCNT at 512 and the system account has FILLM at
150. The system account is the account I am submiting the batch job.
I have tried MCC_COMMON:MCC_AUDIT and it reports all system and uaf
values are ok.
I have read the release notes and have made sure that the system does
in fact have read and write access to the files
MCC_COMMON:MCC_MIR*.DAT and domain directory.
Is there anything else I may check ?

| Yes EMS V2.3 and VMS V5.5-2.

| This problem has been resolved.
The problem was the domain directory did not exist and this is where
is historian wants to create the queue file.
