I have a specialist onsite that installed BMS 1.3 and then the Terminal
Server AM. The TERMSERVER_AM is enrolled, however, when he goes into
the iconic map the Terminal Server ICON is not there. All the other
icons from BMS are there.
We did a MCC> TEST MCC 0 TERMSERVER_AM and it was successful. We looked
into MCC_COMMON and found all the terminal server icons. What could
cause this problem?
Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks for all the information. Well, after I put this note in, my
specialists called back to state that the did a power cycle reboot and
now the terminal server icon is there--interesting.
