    I tried to get a response to this note in the DECNET notes conference
    but I did not get any replies. If someone knows of a better place
    to post this note, post a reply to this note. I accessed the WANDESIGN 
    notes conference but it did not seem very active so I did not post a note.

Problem:
    I need a tool to assist me in doing a Cost/hop analysis. For example,
    the tool would allow me to set cost and hop info at each node. The tool
    would then implement the Decnet Phase IV routing algorithm and
    calculate all possible paths between two nodes. We have a fairly
    complex WAN and it would be very difficult to do this without some
    automated tool.   Any suggestions?
