My customer doing the pilot is experiencing more/new problems with the 
MIB compiler.

When running the MTU procedure he selects the option to update the help
files.  Somewhere during the process of updating the help files he will
receive the following error:

	Processing file sys$common:[mcc]mcc_xxxx.help

	Read_file:LDR$CLOSE
	%LDR-E-WRITERR, Error writing library

	where "xxxx" has been enet_am on one occasion and pa_fm on another
	occasion

Any insight would be helpful.
