        Hi, I have noticed that the EMS kit has an old version of TSAM V1.0.0
        not the later released V1.0.2. Also the link date of the ELM kit
        differences with the sepparatly released ELM V1.3.0. Are there any
        last minutes bug fixes made that we should know about ??

    I don't know about TSM, but for ELM there were no changes to
    the VMS kit between the EMS release and the ELM release.  The
    dates are different due to different build dates of the kits.
