    In reviewing the DECmcc Developer's Toolkit Functional Specifications
    for the management specifications there is no MCC_SNMP_AM_SPEC.PS on
    the DECmcc Ultrix V1.2 kit, but I there is a TCP-IP AM Module
    Reference on the VMS kit.  Can this be used as a reference for the
    developer on Ultrix for an SNMP Access Module?
