I was hopeing to use Terminal Server up time to alarm on, the only thing is I can't see the counter from a show counters, status etc from within MCC. Is this counter supported or am I being stupid here. Any help appreciated, Jon

Not sure, but I think uptime got mapped into Counter Creation Time. Chris

I checked counter creation time but this gets reset when you zero the counters and does not reflect the uptime of the server. Any other ideas? Jon

Note 4153 (and it's replies) discuss Terminal Server Uptime, Seconds Since Last Zeroed (SSLZ), and Counter Creation Time (CCT). Summary: 1. CCT calculated from SSLZ (just like Ethernet AM). 2. Terminal Server Uptime not implemented in TS_AM. Reason originally had something to do with missing MCC datatype support - though the MCC base system appears to support it now. Maybe Dave has some spare cycles now to add this? Hope this helps. Chris Brienen |
