    Hi,
    
    After testing DECmcc T1.3.1 (VMS) Ip poller functionality, I've just
    test the ICMP/PING function via standard SHOW request on IpReachability
    attribute.
    
    Let's assume that my system SXBMSU is currently IP/ICMP down.
    
    When I do (via IMPM and FCL interfaces) the following command...
    
    sho snmp sxbmsu IPreachability
    
    ... I systematically get...
    
    SNMP sxbmsu
    AT  9-MAR-1993 15:13:29 Status
    
                             ipReachability = up   <-- UP !!! (instead of DOWN)
    
    
    I hope this little bug will be fixed in the next FT version, or in the
    official SSB version.

    PS : When using IP Poller, all seems to be OK...

	Yes, this is a known but in T1.3.1. It has been reported several times in this conference; it was also entered as a QAR, and fixed for V1.3. -- Erik
