	Hi,

	I am running T1.3.1 MCC and have tried to setup the following
	cicuit between two End-Node VMS workstations (HMDC3 and HMDC6).
	
	The HMDC3 node is my DECmcc workstation. When I disable the
	circuit SVA-0 on the node HMDC6 I get the output from a show
	all attributes following the show all char command below.

	Why does the value nmfoperationalState = Enabled when in fact
	the circuit if off on HMDC6 and the attribute 
	"ZEndPoint Counters" states "Node not currently accessible".

	When I enable the circuit on HMDC6 and disable the SVA-0 circuit
	on HMDC3 the value nmfoperationalIstate shows "Disabled" which 
	I expected to see.
	
	Am I doing anything wrong here ?

	Also the first time I set the characteristics for the circuit
	DECmcc turns off the circuit instance at aEndpointName. Is this
	a problem or maybe again the way I have setup the circuit ?
