4578.1 | No to the DS90L+ | TOOK::CASSIDY | Linda, LKG2-2/BB10, DTN 226-7270 | Fri Feb 19 1993 15:26 | 4 |
| The TS AM does not currently support the DS90L+, and there is no work going on
to provide that support right now.

4578.2 | DB 90 not offically supported but... | QUIVER::HAROKOPUS | | Fri Feb 19 1993 17:43 | 8 |
| The DB 90 is not offically supported by the Bridge AM. However,
if the DB 90 has the RBMS agent then most of the operations will
work.
If you can't even register it then I suspect that you need to
upgrade your bridge to firmware version 3.0.

4578.3 | FPROM V3.1 is available for DECBridge 90 | CUJO::HILL | Dan Hill-Net.Mgt.-Customer Resident | Thu Feb 25 1993 00:49 | 8 |
| You should use the latest version, Flash PROM V3.1. You can, in fact,
register a DB90 via the bridge AM. Contact the CSC for a location of
the firmware.
The firmware is easy to load. Use NCP to store the info the way you
would a terminal server, then trigger the bridge.

4578.5 | Just log a call to the CSC... | CUJO::HILL | Dan Hill-Net.Mgt.-Customer Resident | Thu Mar 11 1993 14:15 | 10 |
| I'm sorry, but I have misplaced the name of the engineer back east who
has the patch.
Please log a call to the CSC (1-800-525-7104) and request hardware
support for DS90L+. Ask for V3.1a of FPROM (or later version if they
have it.)
You should be routed to the proper person.

4578.6 | Still no hope for DS90L+ and TSAM? | COMBAT::FORSBERG | | Tue May 18 1993 11:21 | 7 |
| A question to Linda in .1 (or anyone who has the information):
Still no plans in providing support for the DS90L+ in TSAM? Should we
tell the customers to go for SNMP and DECagent 90 instead?
Thanks,
Annika

4578.7 | Try product management | TOOK::MINTZ | Erik Pavlik Mintz | Wed May 19 1993 12:48 | 10 |
| For future plans, you are likely to get a better response from product
management than from engineering (especially in a notes conference).
For terminal server futures, I would suggest contacting
JONATHAN (MEMIT::) LEWANDOWSKI
For TSAM specific questions, you can also try
LAUREL (MOLAR::) NELSON

4578.9 | DECserver 90L+ supported in TSAM V1.0.3 | CUJO::HILL | Dan Hill-Net.Mgt.-Customer Resident | Thu May 27 1993 19:28 | 4 |
| Minimal support is available since TSAM is "faked out" to see the 90L+
as a 90L.
