Ok....I did a SHOW SNMP and it exists, UCX V2 is installed, DECnet OSI
V1.0 and VMS V5.5-2...It took about a week and a half to figure out
that I needed the DECnet/OSI patch....NOW.....my AUTOREGISTRATION of
TCP/IP sez....

Are you using a bind server in your IP network or do you have
your ip nodes defined localy in UCX? Ensure you can see ip host from
UCX> sho host
Also try pinging it from UCX to make sure it is reachable.
Also the tcp/ip am doc (V1.2) pg 2-6 recommends that you register with
either address or synonym but not both.
