manage/enter/inter=decw

when map appears, double click on domain icon, crash with reserved operand
fault.

        Thread 20 terminated with exception
        %CMA-F-EXCCOP, exception raised; VMS condition code follows
        -SYSTEM-F-ROPRAND, reserved operand fault at PC=002c9eee, PSL=03c0000A

This only happens if the set display Transport=LOcal. If Transport=DECNET
then no problems.

Quotas were checked with MCC_AUDIT.COM and found to be o.k. 


Any suggestions as to what may be the cause of the problem ?
