You can safely ignore the following DAP error message during the
dictionary load for the EMS T1.3.1 kit.
%DAP-E-ILLEGAL_CMDFILE, Illegal DAP command file -- File must be produced
by the MSL Translator
This has been caused by incorrectly commenting out the DAP command file
identifier lines in the file MCC_LAN_TOPOLOGY_MGT_IF.COM
