4430.0. "BMS v1.2.0 Historian Recording keep age" by NBOFS1::HKLEIN () Fri Jan 22 1993 12:15
MCC BMS V 1.2 Historian Recording keep age
My command was
record node4 .DN.SNAGWY line ethernet ,-
partition = counters, -
poll period = 01:00:00 ,-
keep age = 14 , !should be 14 days as documented
in domain ...
and that worked well up to the time as I tried to look at the data
older than 14 hours.
You may know that answer : No data for specified time.
I got some data only for the last 14 hours. Doing it every 1 hour
it showed me 14 data records.
That was the time to do a show recording
and that showed me
keep age = 14:00:00
I tried an other record command
record ...
keep age = 14 00:00:00
...
and then show recording again showed me
keep age = 14 00:00:00

4430.1 | Documentation is not correct | TOOK::SHMUYLOVICH | | Mon Jan 25 1993 16:03 | 7 |
| Thank you for pointing to this problem.
Documentation is not correct. "Keep Age" argument in the Record command should
be entered as relative time.
