What could cause this error ?
When opening a fcl-window from the application menu of decmcc-ems
v2.2 the following error is displayed in the window and the window
closes again.
Mcc V1.2.1
%MCC-I-NOPARCMD, J
^
%MCC-I ...., Syntax Error....
The customer says it worked on his BMS v1.2, but after he upgraded
to EMS this problem appeared.

you got the mcc FCL ident and they an error on what the FCL
saw as garbage. This all happened before a prompt was displayed.
Could you please verify if they are using an initialization
script file, this would be pointed to by the logical/env variable
MCC_INIT. If the logical is defined please verify access and
content of the file. The only way FCL should be doing anything
before the prompt is if the is an MCC_INIT defined or if a command
is being passed in on the execution line (which may mean that
the mcc application defaults file has been corrupted and the
definition of the menu item is no longer valid).
