    I need to confirm something in the Circuit Access Module Use V1.2
    manual. It states on page 3-25 (Exhibit 3-12) that 
    NMFoperationalStateChanged is one of the Circuit Events that are 
    retrievable from the Getevent Directive. But there is an ASTERISK by the 
    Event name. The ASTERISK at the bottom of the exhibit states that is
    NOT SUPPORTED.
    
    What is the scoop? Is it or is it not supported. I can't test this 
    right now...
