We are working with STRATACOM people and trying to find out the best way to
provide full management control of their IPX networks. 
STRATACOM seems to agree that they must completely revise their vision of 
network management even if it means rewritting the internal IPX code itself.
We would like to convince them to investigate this approach and help them
to follow a methodology that would lead to produce a new SMI (the current
management information is not structured at all but rather consists of a
large set of scattered commands). STRATACOM agrees that the production of
an SMI is an important milestone and hopes we will help them to work it out.

Therefore, we are looking for either documents pinpointing a DIGITAL modelisa-
tion methodology (Is there anything more detailled than the "modelling
manageable entities" chapter in the "management module programming" handout or
the "EMA Entity Model" manual) or documents resulting from the application of
such a methodology (a sort of "SMI description for management of XXX entity").

We guess that a good way to convince STRATACOM to work with us is to show them
the outcome of a modelisation process carried out with an other company.
