This conference has become too large to deal with in any effective way, so
it will be split into a few parts in the near future. This instance of the
notes file will be archived in the process.
Here is a short summary of the steps that will be taken:
1: Creation of new conferences
One related to product issues/questions
One for internals types of questions
One for MCC tools and third party integration issues
We might do one just for "bugs". Any comments?
2: The new conferences will be populated with some base notes.
Like the kits note, the qar note, the SRM note, etc.
3: The new files will be made available, and
the current file will have New topic creation disabled.
Those issues being discussed in this file will be able to
continue for a short while.
4: After some amount of time (2-4 weeks), this instance will be
write-locked.
