People,
	This conference has gotten somewhat out of hand lately.  Its time
	to clean up our act.

	If you are in the field, you have support available to you from
	places like the CSC.  Please use this very valuable service,
	as the folks there:

		A:  Are smart
		B:  Are good at tracking problems and can do a great job
		    of telling us were we didnt do such a great job.

	If you arent in the field (or dont have access to the CSC),
	please use the QAR system to complain about bugs.  Posting
	things in the notes file does not assure that the problem will be fixed
	or that anyone will even look at it.  As a QAR, it will be assigned to
	a specific (hopefully correct) person who will make sure it gets
	dealt with.  See note 7 for information about the QAR system.

	If you still feel like you just have to post you personal problem
	here, please check the last few hundred notes (either scan the titles
	or do a search thru them) for the same discussion.  One topic has come
	up at least 4 different time in four seperate notes, and the reply has
	always been "see note x", where the original was posted only a week
	before.  By not checking it just makes it all that much harder for those
	who do check to find anything.
