4178.0. "rfc 1158 compliant?" by NETMGR::KOPEC () Tue Dec 01 1992 12:53

    We are being asked to be compliant with RFC 1158 in a major RFP
    response.  I have requested a copy of 1158 from [email protected] but it
    has been over a day now and there has been no response.
    
    the MCC SPD makes no reference to 1158 but I am hoping that one of the
    others 1212, 1213 may supersede 1158.  
    
    Any info appreciated.

	RFC 1213 supersedes RFC 1158. They both define MIB II. rahul.

	There's no need to copy RFCs from the Internet, since there are several complete archives on Easynet. I usually get them from netrix:: (netrix::~rfc or NETRIX::/usr/local/misc/rfc).
