Greetings,
I am trying to add trap addresses to a DECconcentrator 500 with
the following command:
MCC> ADD CONC CONC_500 TRAP ADDRESS 191.4.2.7
However, I get the following error message:
%MCC-I-NOPARCMD, trap address 191.4.2.7
%MCC-I-SYNTAXERR, syntax error -- unable to interpret remainder of
line
%MCC-W-ATTRUNKNONW, unknown attribute TRAP
I was able to add an ip address and an ip default gateway without
any problem. This error message sounds like the parse tables/dic-
tionary haven't been updated correctly. Any ideas?
Am running EMS 2.2 on VAXstation 4000, VMS 5.5-1.

| Yes, this looks like a bug. I just tried it on my system and
it didn't work. Somehow the MS file got screwed up between FT and
SSB because it used to work. Thanks for finding and reporting this
problem.
