We are testing in customer site the events coming from Circuit Am, we are
running with :
1. VMS 5.4
2. DECmcc 1.2.3
We have the following problem :

| I don't believe that the Circuit AM supports events. Did you try
changing the OCCURS to CHANGE_OF?
