the following entry has been also posted in the SNMP notesfile.
version 1.3 of our SNMP aM will allow DECmcc to receive Entreprise specific
traps.
When compiling with the MTU utility the mib definition ascii file provided
by one of our partner, the .ms file contains the command
INCLUDE mcc_tcpip_am_getevent.ms;
The problem is that this file is not copied when invoking the MCC_TCPIP_MTU.COM
and the upshot is that the MSL translation fails.
Has anyone got a copy of this mcc_tcpip_am_getevent.ms file so that we can
translate the MSL file ?

What you have is an MCC_TCPIP_MTU.COM file from V1.2, while you are using the T1.3 MTU and SNMP AM executables. Be rest assured that the V1.3 MCC_TCPIP_MTU.COM procedure will operate correctly. I have already sent you a pointer to the file mcc_tcpip_am_getevent.ms. /rb | |||||
