I can not start an FCL session, but I am able to open a map session.
We are not upgrading or installing any MCC software. What could be
wrong.
6410 with 96 Meg also running DCM and DNS

Ah, I think I got it. Our system managers did something to our system
and we lost the MCC common area. This must be it. I'll let you know
if there are any problems after the restore.
