Hello,
Are there any way to modify Font Size of the text and the Text color in
the Iconic Map ?
My customer would like to modify the size of the icon name, using
graphic resource name, because 'Icon + Name' take too much place on the
map.
The problem: we cannot put the 'Icon Name' over the 'Icon', it
disable the click action. To draw all my Customer Network on one
screen, I would like to use little icon with his name inside :

Implementing this feature should be easy, and allow my customer to wait
zooming and scaling map features

Henri, Currently there is no way to change the Font Size of the text and the text color in the Iconic Map. It has been requested before, but has been traded off. I will put this on the wish list for Vnext. Verna | |||||

It is very important for my customer ( French Electricity Provider )
which has 100 strategics nodes ( FDDI bridges & concentrators, Routers,
IBM Mainframe and CRAY ) to monitor continuously.
And it is very important for DEC because under 1700 nodes, we only have
100 dec machines and the FDDI network.
requirement for my customer :
-Zooming and Scaling,
-Tools to draw multi-protocol topology in 1 Map : FDDI, TCPIP
-Operator ( not Network specialist or Engineer ) Windows Oriented
-Predefine ALARM ( reachability,..) automatically insert in the Rule
View when with the node.
-Auto Discovery of new Node ( IP and FDDI )
