SOFTWARE ENGINEERING - REFERENCE ACCOUNT PROGRAM

The Software Communications' Group (SCG), Software Engineering
Reference Account Program is designed to help YOU sell the Software
Engineering family of products with the help of a centralized software
reference account service. Its purpose is to gather references and make
them available on the corporate reference account system, REFERENCE
EXCHANGE on VTX. This program is also responsible for providing
customer testimonial leads, press contacts, success story leads, and
pointers to software resources.
To generate excitement about selling DECmcc and to provide executive
management, as well as the field, with customer presentation materials,
SCG also publishes short news briefs called ACHIEVING EXCELLENCE -
SOFTWARE SALES WINS. These are distributed to David Stone and a
distribution of over 3500, which consists of all of TNSG as well as
sales and sales support. These accounts are also pursued as
references. Keep us informed of these wins!
