Hi MCC gurus,
I have to study the feasability (and of course the cost :-) of the
development of a specific AM which could be used to manage a network
element (NE)
The communication between my Ultrix system and this famous NE is done
by an Aynchonous Terminal connection: messages exchanged are ASCII
MML (Man Machine Language) commands/printouts.
Could someone give me some advices to develop such AM:
I know that for Ultrix there one AM per user using the services of this
AM.
Any advice to share the same physical Asynch. line ?
Has somebody already developped this kind of Communication services for
handling asynch terminal connection protocol ?
Any pointer to documents/sources/persons would be VERY appreciated
(as usual the work I have to do is for yesterday :-)
