I am especially looking for manual on Data Collector, and I couldn't find
a master index to locate it.

I check WORDY::user$657:[public.nms.decmcc_v1_2],
and TAEC::ema$public:[kit_v12] already.

This manual is in the directory WORDY::USER$657:[PUBLIC.NMS.DECMCC_V1_2] file DECMCC_ALARMS_NOTIFICATION_REV_D.PS The manual pages on Data Collector, if memory serves correctly, I believe the information you seek is in Chapter 8.
