I've partally registered a NODE4 instance
giving the register name, the synonym and the address.
However, I'm confused with the following.
================================================================
MCC> directory node4 kuta
Node4 kuta
AT 1992-10-07-15:26:17.723Iinf
The entity Node4 kuta is not registered
Not Registered Entity = Node4 kuta
MCC> directory node4 *
Node4 LOCAL_NS:.kuta
AT 1992-10-07-15:26:28.848Iinf
Directory successful, entity has only been partially registered.
Registered Name = LOCAL_NS:.kuta
================================================================
Is this node partially registered or not ?
Thanks in advance,
Jean-Mary.

RE: .0
When you register a Node4, the fullname (registered name
LOCAL_NS:.kuta) is stored, and then the DNA4 AM stores the Synonym
if the node is reachable (I think).
When a node is partially registered, the fullname does exist, and the
alternate identifiers (synonym and address) may or may not exist
depending on the status of the registration.
When you issue "MCC> dir node4 kuta", you're using synonym name which
does not exists in Local MIR since the node was partially registered.
However, if you use a fullname ("MCC> dir node4 .kuta") you will see
the following message:
Directory successful, entity has only been partially registered.
Registered Name = LOCAL_NS:.kuta
