When using MCC 1.2 and trying to access a DECbridge on an account without
LOG_IO and PHY_IO results in an ACCVIO.

This is reproducible from both the FCL and the IMPM.

Is this a known problemm?

    Yes.

    This is a known problem that has been QARed.  Just make
    sure you have log_io and phy_io privs before using the
    bridge AM, concentrator AM, FDDI AM or ethernet station AM.
