Hi,
My environment is:

DECstation 5100/120:
                    24 MB memory,
                    120 MB swap space,
                    600 MB disk space,
                    ULTRIX V4.2
- RECORD process:

  Does anyone can tell me what is the relation between 
  the number of record process and the values of the
  semaphores I have to define in the system. The historical
  services manual do not clarify this like the installation manual 
  say.

  When I started 5 or 6 record process to some routers (as node4,
  I mean not record process for their circuits or lines) the
   background process exited with the following messages:

   semop failure: invalid argument
   
   semget failure: no space left on the device


- EVENT SINK:
 
   I started the event sink monitor and defined DECmcc host as the local
   event sink to receive events, however I do know can I use this
   information. I have defined some notify request however I do not 
   receive any notification whatever will be the interfase I use,
   iconic map or commands interfase.

  I would appreciate any help,
