3834.0. "multiple child-of-node objects in one mgmt spec?" by SKIGOD::PFROMER (Ed Pfromer, ESM Engineering) Wed Sep 30 1992 13:56
Any resident MSL hacks out there?
I'm trying to define multiple child-of-node objects within one management
specification, and the MSL compiler don't like it. The first child is
compiled correctly, but when the compiler bumps into the second child, it
spits out:
%MCCMSL-I-MSLLOCATION, Line: 31, File: WRK$ROOT:[SRC]MLM_BLS_MEDIA_LIBRARY.MS,
%MCCMSL-E-PARSER, syntax error: The value "CHILD" is not expected
%MCCMSL-E-ERROR, MSL did not complete successfully, please see previous error
%MMS-F-ABORT, For target SRC$:MLM_BLS.H, CLI returned abort status: %X04EFB05A.

3834.1 | Very low on the list | RACER::dave | Ahh, but fortunately, I have the key to escape reality. | Wed Sep 30 1992 15:06 | 5 |
| I ran up against this, too and was informed that it would not be fixed as
there are more important things to do.
BTW: I did QAR it. The same problem also exists with MIB trees under
the experimental OID in MTU.
