When I say : MCC>show node4 router1 line syn-0 all statistic The items OUTBOUND UTILIZATION AND INBOUND UTILIZATION appear. How do I calculate TOTAL utilization on the line? If I add the inbound to the outbound together, sometimes I get a number that is greater that 100%. I have set the line speed of SYN-0 to 128000 for a 128K line. Also, if I want to look at the use of the 128k line, should I be looking at the circuit ot line line utilzation? I basically want to know how much of the 128K bandwidth is being used. Thanks for any help

If it's a full-duplex link, then don't you (essentially) have a 128k in the 'send' direction and 128k in the 'receive' direction, right? Does it really make sense to ask for 'Total Utilization' for a full-duplex link ? /doug | |||||

It is a standard 128k DLN that we have. Now that I think of it, you are probably accurate with the Duplex statement. I guess I overlooked the obvious. Thanks for the help |
