3763.0. "node4 adjacency status=stack dump" by CTHQ::WOODCOCK () Thu Sep 17 1992 15:38
Hello,
At a recent customer site I had the 'opportunity' to crash MCC using IMPM.
While I did reproduce this twice at the customer site I have been unable to
reproduce this on my own system. The system in question was a VMS 4000 model
60 w/40M running BMS V1.2. The dump occurred each time I attempted a SHOW
NODE4 <router> CIRCUIT serial-1 ADJACENT NODE <adjacency_address> ALL STATUS
from the IMPM MCC node. Unfortunately I don't have any further details at my
disposal any longer for your troubleshooting pleasures, except for the dump
itself.
best regards,
brad...

3763.2 | circuits on MCC node?? | CTHQ::WOODCOCK | | Fri Sep 18 1992 12:01 | 15 |
| hi,
which system are you referring to, the MCC system or the router which the SHOW
operation is done on? I know the router has multiple circuits but I'm not sure
about the MCC node (yet).
Uh Oh, Deja Vu,
Come to think of it I believe I may have seen this problem many many moons
ago with my own system. It has two circuits on it but today only one is
turned ON. I wonder if the QAR was mine :-).
