Hello,

A customer wants to include its private MIB in DECmcc TCP/IP SNMP AM.

But I don't know how to answer to two of his specific requirements which are :

	- The Address identifier attribute must be composed of the IpAddress 
of the SNMP entity  PLUS a specific index (an integer).
But in DECmcc SNMP AM the address identifier is composed only of the IpAddress.
How this requirement can be implemented?

	- He wants a On-line HELP on the objects defined in his private MIB. 
Is it possible to add some HELP libraries to the DECmcc standard one ?

You can build the help file by hand and run it through the Help File Builder to add it to the DECmcc help library. The next release of SNMP AM will have a feature by which you can automatically generate help from the DESCRIPTION fields in the mib and have it added to the help library. Rahul.

	Are you talking about the identifier attribute for the global
	entity SNMP? Why exactly does your customer want to use an integer

	You can build the help file by hand and run it through the Help
