A government contractor has rather sketchy details of what they will need in
terms of entity reference data.

I've noticed that currently V1.2 MCC allows 64 character fields for:
	LOCATION
	IMPLEMENTATION DESCRIPTION
	RESPONSIBLE PERSON
	PHONE NUMBER
	MAIL ACCOUNT
	REMARKS
	TEXT FILE

My questions are:

	1) What sort of effort would be needed either by MCC engineering or
	   the field to:

		a) Add addition fields

		b) Lengthen existing fields beyond 64 bytes		

		c) Simply rename the existing fields

	2) The last field of TEXT FILE....

		a) Does this simply allow the use to reference a named flat file?

		b) Is this file accessible from the icon interface or must it
		   be typed or edited?

		c) Is there any limit on the size of this file?

		d) Is the information in this flat file exportable?
