    Is it possible to install DECmcc SSB BMS, when neither DECnet phase IV
    or DECnet Phase V is installed on the DECstation (Ultrix/mips) ?
    
    One of my clients failed in installing Phase V and de-installed.
    However they still want to use DECmcc BMS and toolkit with their
    acces modules. Is it possible ?

	The Sample AM will not work, nor will the DECnet AMs. DECdns also requires DECnet/OSI (Phase V). However, if your client can use the local option for namespace, then the rest of BMS should work fine without DECnet. -- Erik
