Will the STM listener menu operate if a system has multiple ethernet devices (eg. 410ft), does the STM Listener allow for this ? Are we stuck with the first device it finds ? RabP :'(

Choice 1 from the listner menu allows you to pick the ethernet port that it listens on. However, you can only listen on 1 port at a time. If you want to build a database for both ports then listen on the first one for a while, stop the listener and switch to the second port and then listen on that port. The records from the second port will automatically be appended to the listener database file. Bob

There are two adapters on the FT, EFA0: & EFB0:. EFB0: is actually being used at the moment....the STM listener procedure will only accept EFA0: (_EFA0:). Do I have to edit the STM procedure to get EFB0: to be accepted?

What is the device type of the adaptors? I'll check the command procdure to see if they are supported. Thanks, Bob |
