Hi,
I have a customer with a couple problems pertaining to the iconic map
interface and entering alarms.
1. He runs out of room on some of the line for the alarm rule form
because of a 64 character limit. This makes it difficult to enter
lengthy description text and also alarm rules in the
EXPRESSION_RULE_FORMAT_1 category.
2. He also is having problems using the symbol version of relational
operators for the COMPARISON_RULE_FORMAT_2 category.
Are both of theses problems expected behavior or not? Any comments,
suggestions or recommended fixes would be appreciated.

Did you try pressing MB2 over the field and using the expand field
feature? This should allow you to type it in as big as you want.

Thanks for the MB2 information. I wasn't aware that it was available. Does anyone have any ideas on the other question in .0 regarding the relational operators? Walt | |||||
