Does anyone have any experience with DECmcc PM to OpenView PM
integration? I have no experience with OpenView, let alone MM
development (yet).

OpenView does not yet have an agent to talk to, nor does it have the
ability to use a PM. The approach used is the ability to generate or
forward SNMP traps on to another manager. HP has been making lots of
noises around using CMIP for manager to manager protocols, initially
over IP. There was some initial discussions with HP and IBM about
showing manager to manager protocols this Fall at Interop - however
nothing became of it.
