Hello,

I was running 1.2.7 on my workstation and did not delete
the database and am now seeing some rather strange problems.

For example, when I bring up one of my domains in the iconic
map I am now getting the full names for all the entities
(for example .DNA_NODE.MUTTON) where before I just had
MUTTON.  In addition the exact same notification command
NOTIFY DOMAIN xxxx EVENT=(ANY CONFIG  EVENT) works in
one domain but not in another even though they both have
the same exact NODE4 in them (I am zeroing the line counters).

Note: This is an ultrix system and notification was working perfectly
with 1.2.7.
