I'm trying to put together another MCC demo and would like to show the ability to use scanned images as backgrounds. However, my facility does not have any scanners. Would anyone have any pointers to a library or individual files that have been scanned and used successfully for such a demo? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Al

Not really a library, yet. But look into BIKINI::MCC_DISK:[BMS012.MAPS] I put two maps there, which I got from Marc Malaise. They show the Sophia Antipolis area in the south of France. If you don't like white on black, just invert them with DECW$PAINT. *Robert P.S.: If you find other scanned maps, tell me. Maybe we can put together a demo library. | |||||

Robert, thanks very much....I've copied the maps and will use same for my demo's. I just couldn't figure out where to place the icons for demo purposes on a backdrop of Christy Brinkly. (comments not necessary!) It would be nice to have a public repository of such maps. Any more pointers welcomed! Al |
