	A bookreader version of the SRM is available. See notes 5.55 and 5.59 in this conference. A postscript version of the SRM is not available online at this time. - Dave

	For now you could just just install BookreaderPlus (available on the network) and print out the bookreader version using that. /doug p.s. I guess you can never win... We publish the docs in .PS format and get slammed for "killing trees"; We put it out in Bookreader format and people want it in .PS format. Truly amazing.
