I'm trying to install DECmcc BMS T1.2.7 for the first time, and am getting 
installation errors.

Vaxstation 3100
VMS 5.4
RX56 disk
16MB memory.
Trying to use the local instance repository

I got the kit from PPINC::DUA0:[MCC_KITS.MCC_V12_EFT2]

1. The first error is :

%PATCH-I-ECOSET, eco level 3 already set in VMI$ROOT:[SYSLIB]VAXCRTL.EXE;2
%VMSINSTAL-W-NOFILE, New file VAXCRTL.EXE  does not exist.


2. And the second :

The MCC_STARTUP_BMS startup procedure for DECmcc T1.2.7  is now running.

3. And then the IVP fails with:

   The following command failed.

      "MANAGE/ENTERPRISE TEST MCC 0 EXPORTER_FM, TO FILE = MCCBMS$OUT.TXT"

   DECmcc BMS T1.2.7  Installation Failed


%MCC-F-FAILED, fatal DECmcc error


Am I not doing something obvious?
I've read the release notes backwards! (perhaps forwards would've been 
better....)

    This just means that the patch has already been applied. Don't worry
    about the messages - it's ok.
